We're a heart-led brand — we put a lot of care into every order, and we want you to feel that from the moment it arrives. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
A note on handloom character
RongSuta sarees are made by skilled artisans on handlooms. Authentic handloom textiles carry natural variations — slight slubs, uneven selvedge, small knots, tasselled or thread pulls, frayed edges, or gentle weave irregularities. These are not defects. They are the fingerprint of the human hand that made your saree, and what makes every piece genuinely one of a kind.
Returns
We accept returns only where:
- You received the wrong product, or
- The product arrived damaged or clearly defective
To raise a return:
- Email rongsutainfo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- The saree must be unworn, unused, with tags intact and in original packaging
- Please record an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery — this helps us understand the issue and resolve it quickly
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- ✅ Full store credit + ₹200 gift voucher
- ✅ Reverse pickup arranged by RongSuta at no cost to you
Exchanges
Not quite the right colour? We understand — screens can be tricky.
- Request within 2 days of delivery
- Saree must be unworn, unused, unwashed with tags in original packaging
- First exchange: free reverse pickup arranged by us
- Second exchange onwards: shipping charges to be borne by the customer
- One exchange per order
NOTE: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
