1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are carefully packed within 4–5 working days, ensuring each piece is wrapped with care before it journeys to you.

(Each piece is small-batch; fluctuations possible during festive or high-volume periods.)

Your saree arrives in a thoughtfully chosen cotton canvas tote bag—not only does it protect your saree, but it also doubles as a stylish shoulder bag. Carry it to work, to the cafe, to wherever the day takes you. Minimal, considered, and very on-trend.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India):
  Free shipping on orders above ₹1,990. Orders below ₹1,990 are charged a flat ₹150 at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• International Shipping:
  We are currently shipping within India only. International shipping is temporarily paused while we set up our global delivery network. If you're based outside India and would like to be notified when we ship internationally, write to us at rongsutainfo@gmail.com — we'd love to have you in the RongSuta family soon.
